- * ADDING EVENTS TO YOUR CALENDAR *

- Step 1. Go to Event. Click Item.
-
-
- Step 2. Select New, type in your event then click on the OK
-
- button. If you wish to add a clipart go to the clipart
-
- and select your picture. Go down to define date and
-
- change the date to when you wish your event to appear.
-
- Go to Save then Close. If you want to add more than
-
- one event in the month you can do so by doing this
-
- step that many times.
-

- Step 3. Click Event. Click List.
-
-
- Step 4. Click New, name it or use same name as before. Go to
-
- Available Items. Scroll down till you find your Event
-
- from Step #2 Highlight that event and then click on
-
- the Add button. If you have more than one event there,
-
- make sure you add all of them before you Save. Next,
-
- Save then Close.

- Step 5. Click Event. Click Group.
-
-
- Step 6. Click New, name it or use same name as before. Go down to
-
- available list and scroll down till you find your event.
-
- Highlight event and click on the add button. Save then
-
- Close.

- Step 7. Click on Calendar and select the Event Group. Scroll down
-
- till you find your event and bring that up. Go to the
-
- month your event is supposed to appear on and your event
-
- should pop-up there.

- * MEMORY *

- Before you call Technical Support please check your DOS version
-
- and FREE MEMORY.

- Go to your C:\ prompt, type in VER then press
-
- ENTER.

- * If you have Dos verison 5.0 or higher type in MEM at the C:\.
-
- Look at the Largest Executable Program Size. That is
- how much Free Memory you have.
-

- * If you have a DOS version 5.0 or lower, type CHKDSK at the C:\
-
- prompt check how much FREE MEMORY or BYTES FREE you have.
-
-
- If you have less than 585,000 KB Free than you
- will need to configure your memory.
-

- -Dos 6.0 and higher type HELP at the C:\, then look-up
-
- the word MEMMAKER.
-
- -Dos 5.0 and lower use your Dos manual under
-
- Conventional MEMORY.

- Installing Your New True Type Fonts!
-
- Using Windows 3.1
-
- After installing the software, go to your Control Panel in the Main Group.
- Once in the Group entitled Main, go into the Desktop icon. Then click on Fonts,
- click on ADD. In the lower left side of the screen, you will see a c:\ "with a
- little yellow folder" double click that. Beneath it you will see a listing of your
- C: Drive. Scroll down the list and find the C:\CALM directory. Double
- click on that and once the fonts have been recognized click the Select all option
- and finally the install button.

- call Microsoft's windows 3.1 Technical Support.

- Using Windows 95
-
- After installing the Software, click on the Start button in the lower
- left hand side of the screen. Then click on Settings, then Control Panel.
- Once in the Control Panel, click on the Fonts folder. Click on File then on
- Install New Fonts. On the next screen, in the bottom left hand side of the screen
- you will see a c:\ "with a little yellow folder" double click on that. Beneath
- it you will see a list of all the directories on your c:\ Drive. Go down the
- list and double click on the C:\CALM directory once you do that your computer
- should recognize the new fonts. Click on Select All, then on OK. That's it!
