  17. * ADDING EVENTS TO YOUR CALENDAR *

  19. Step 1. Go to Event. Click Item.
  20.

  22. Step 2. Select New, type in your event then click on the OK 
  23.  
  24.     button. If you wish to add a clipart go to the clipart 
  25.  
  26.     and select your picture. Go down to define date and 
  27.     
  28.     change the date to when you wish your event to appear.

  30.     Go to Save then Close. If you want to add more than 
  31.  
  32.     one event in the month you can do so by doing this 
  33.  
  34.     step that many times.

  37. Step 3. Click Event. Click List.

  40. Step 4. Click New, name it or use same name as before. Go to

  42.     Available Items. Scroll down till you find your Event 
  43.  
  44.     from Step #2 Highlight that event and then click on

  46.     the Add button. If you have more than one event there,

  48.     make sure you add all of them before you Save. Next, 
  49.  
  50.     Save then Close.

  53. Step 5. Click Event. Click Group.

  56. Step 6. Click New, name it or use same name as before. Go down to

  58.     available list and scroll down till you find your event.

  60.     Highlight event and click on the add button. Save then

  65. Step 7. Click on Calendar and select the Event Group. Scroll down

  67.     till you find your event and bring that up. Go to the

  69.     month your event is supposed to appear on and your event

  80. Before you call Technical Support please check your DOS version

  82. and FREE MEMORY.

  85.         Go to your C:\ prompt, type in VER then press

  92.     Look at the Largest Executable Program Size. That is 
  93.     how much Free Memory you have.

  98.   prompt check how much FREE MEMORY or BYTES FREE you have.

  115. Installing Your New True Type Fonts!
  116.  
  117. Using Windows 3.1
  118.  
  119.     After installing the software, go to your Control Panel in the Main Group.
  120. Once in the Group entitled Main, go into the Desktop icon.  Then click on Fonts,
  121. click on ADD.  In the lower left side of the screen, you will see a c:\ "with a 
  122. little yellow folder" double click that.  Beneath it you will see a listing of your
  123. C: Drive.  Scroll down the list and find the C:\CALM directory.  Double
  124. click on that and once the fonts have been recognized click the Select all option
  125. and finally the install button.

  128. call Microsoft's windows 3.1 Technical Support.

  131. Using Windows 95
  132.  
  133.     After installing the Software, click on the Start button in the lower
  134. left hand side of the screen.  Then click on Settings, then Control Panel.
  135. Once in the Control Panel, click on the Fonts folder.   Click on File then on
  136. Install New Fonts. On the next screen, in the bottom left hand side of the screen
  137. you will see a c:\ "with a little yellow folder" double click on that.  Beneath
  138. it you will see a list of all the directories on your c:\ Drive.  Go down the
  139. list and double click on the C:\CALM directory once you do that your computer
  140. should recognize the new fonts.  Click on Select All, then on OK.  That's it!
